Have you ever done something wrong and hoped you’d have an opportunity to do it again…the right way?
Saint Peter denied Jesus three times and was given the opportunity to right his error upon Jesus’ three questions of love after His resurrection. “Peter, do you love me? Feed my sheep.”
In this, Jesus is giving Peter the opportunity to make a good example after his past sinful example. Let’s ask this for ourselves and strive to get it right, and then ask the same opportunity for others so we may all be with Jesus in living righteously!
